It is tasty. I would call it a medium roast with good flavor. It also seems to be lower acid. Regrettably it’s not affordable

Volcanica has good quality coffees, albeit at a higher price. I have tried a few of their coffees and they have all been good quality and I would buy them again.

I was not a fan it tasted like burnt coffee grounds and had nothing to do with the coffee pot or the way it was brewed. It's ok. But folders had better flavor. Was looking for a cheaper replacement for black rifle but that wasn't it.

Gave it a try....it is a good coffee, I drink coffee every morning as most do. I buy most of my beans from Volcanic they are consistent and very reliable, This Komoto Dragon coffee is mild and flavorful, I won't gp into all the jargon like a "Wine Connoisseur" I will just say I like it and will probably buy it again...regardless IMO you will not be disappointed with Volcanic beans just pick one that suits your taste and enjoy a cup!

Komodo dragon dark roast coffee is my favorite. Great and consistent flavor. It was my favorite blend at starbucks but is hard to find now. Volcanica has a great blend for a little more money but well worth it. Everyone at my work always comments on komodo.
