This is a very good product for gut health. I have only used it for 3 days and my gut feels better already. My son has been telling me to try this since my colon surgery last year and again in August after another surgery with hernias. I didn’t think it would work but I read up on seamoss and thought it was worth a try. I cannot believe how good the results are in just a few days. It’s worth every penny!! I just tried the product. It doesn't taste delicious, but it doesn't taste bad either. To my surprise, it was quite good and in fact it kept me full for a while. Normally I ate every 3 hours, but after taking sea moss gel, I wasn't hungry until 3-4 hours between meals and I didn't eat much without feeling full either. I didn't buy the product for the taste, I bought it for its health/nutrient benefits! The flavor is 100% tolerable, I have the apple and there is a pleasant subtle apple flavor. The texture/thickenss doesn't bother me, it's exactly how I expected the "marine moss gel" to be. At first, I was afraid to try it because I saw videos of influencers who said it was disgusting.
