It really keeps beverages Cold, ice as long as seller says it does.
I have wasted a lot of money on 'insulated bottles that weren't. This one is Perfect'. Not only the perfect size for my small hands, lack of strength. No more waking in AM to warm water in bottle. Also love the color, which is a shaded green. And the price is absolutely great, at under 12 $ . The sport lid works perfect for pouring my morning beverage , no spilling. Haven't tried for Hot, but am sure it would work as well.

The media could not be loaded. I love this water bottle. I use it to keep cold water with me (I'm working on increasing my water intake) and this keeps it cold for a long time. Ice even lasts a long time in it. I haven't used it for keeping hot liquids but I have no doubt it would be excellent for that also.I accidentally dropped it once but it was undamaged. It's a wonderful product. Especially for the more modest price. These water bottles can be quite spendy. I was hesitant but definitely happy with my purchase!!! 10 out of 10 ☺️11.24.2024 Update: I still like the product overall but I have discovered one little thing that happens which irritates me. If you tilt it/turn it upside down there will been liquid that leaks when you open the cap (no matter how tight you screw it closed. And if it's a little less than tightly closed it will definitely leak!!!! I discovered this recently when I pulled some documents from my backpack (where I also had placed my water bottle) and they were WET from the water that had escaped the bottle🤦🏾♀️ That was definitely disappointing!

Was ok at first, cleaning is impossible
Arrived with small dents, not too bad. But over time the dents casted a grey smash color around it. The bottle cap from where you drink smells so bad and I have disassembled it part by part and deep cleaned with tough dish soap and chlorine but I find the smell returns. Maybe the plastic is porous which is great breeding ground for bacteria. I had it for a year but now the smell is unbearable when I drink so I will have to toss it
