I always order a particular brand but ran out and needed something right away to hold me over until my normal stuff was delivered so decided to try this. It is not smooth but instead is grainy like sand and doesn’t dissolve in liquid. I usually take a teaspoon straight in my mouth and this just didn’t work out well as it was too grainy. Will never order again.

If you're going to take a bovine colostrom supplement, this is a decent one according to the labels - GMO free, made in USA, minimally processed - these are all things that are fairly easy to put on a sticker. Quite hard for a consumer like me to verify, but the brand has a decent amount of products under its belt. The powder itself is fairly easy to add to a smoothie with the included measuring spoon. I've been taking it for a week, so hardly very scientific, and hard to quantify any effects with n=1 and t=7 days. If you google research, there are some suggestions that this could help your gut health and immune system, and some ideas that it may help with muscle recovery, but do your own due dilligence.

I've been very pleased with this colostrum. It's a great supplement with wonderful benefits. The colostrum doesn't dissolve quite as easily as some other supplements. I add it to my hot drink and need to use the back of spoon to crush the lumps to get it to dissolve. Makes a small extra step, but it's not hard to do.

It is a fraud! Do not buy this Colostrum.
