These connection balls work great for all ages, from 7-8-year-olds up to 12, with no issues. They can be used in multiple ways and are definitely a good value for the cost. Worth having for training.

i have four athletes and these are awesome for so many different drills and so much morevery easy to inflate and deflate, the perfect amount of cushion, serves its purpose and if you follow any Instagram instructors the amount of drills these types of balls are used for are endlesslove that it came with four too ! exactly as described and picturedperfect size for toddlers to play with too ;)

They haven't used for training yet. Will finish review once they've tried using them at practice.

Great product! this is perfect for hitting drills. my daughters coach loves using these and it's made a huge impact on her swing. They are easy to inflate and get to be a perfect size.

Idk I tried multiple times to keep the air in the balls but they dont last.Helps with many drills though. Does the job
