Great for upper body stretching

I’m very happy with this yoga stick. I use it for stretching and shoulder mobility exercises. Since I started using it my pain has gotten better. It’s a very good size and I’m able to get a solid grip specially since I have large hands. Would recommend you try it if you want to improve your mobility and get a great stretch.

This thing is awesome. Solidly made, extremely sturdy. It is a fantastic size. I bought it for a walking stick and for the price I think the value is good. It is a little slick but not too much. On a side note, it came delivered in a huge box. Easily 2ft by 4ft in dimension and it was diagonal in the box. Huge box for a 5ft by 1.25 in stick 😆😆😆
