Regular Buyer, But Disappointed This Time
I regularly order these biscuits because I love the taste and quality. However, this time I was quite disappointed because most of the biscuits were broken inside the pack. Considering the premium price, I expected better packaging and handling. I hope this was a one-off issue, but the brand really needs to ensure consistency and proper packaging, especially for loyal customers.
