Waste of money, doesn’t work at all. No warming sensation, hurts to remove and smells bad.

I purchased these because of the reviews. Unfortunately they are very hard to separate, and once you put them on your knee you feel nothing. It doesn't get warm, it has no odor. It's like putting a Band-Aid on the wound you do not have.

Great so far

They work pretty well, just take a long time to heat up. Pro - come in three packs so don't have them all open at once - super pretty packaging - easy to put on - soft - doesn't pull skin when remove - size works well for lots of spots on your body Cons - it did take a while (30 or so min) for me to feel any heat. I almost took it off and gave up. But it does provide a nice warm feeling after a while.

These patches provide soothing warmth. If you have used menthol patches before, these feel milder in the sense that they are not as 'hot' as menthol patches. They do have a bit of a herbal scent, but not unpleasant. The material is flexible and stretches so it fits comfortably over different areas of your body.
