I bought this when I mistakenly thought my other straightener was broken (don't ask). I realized that my other one wasn't broken, but when I received this, I kept it anyway because the blades are so thin. I can get right up to my scalp for super straight hair. You can't use this as a hybrid curling iron because of that, but if you want a straightening iron, this is the one. Note: it is not an auto off. I think it's because it's for professional use. But if you're a forgetful person, know that you're running the risk of leaving it on accidentally.

I had the mini version of this for the last 20 plus years. I hope they still make them like they use too and if so this one should last another 20+ more years

This hair straightener was great, but it broke within two months of owning it. It first quit staying hot and then quit turning on. I would give it a zero star rating for that reason.

I liked this product, and felt like it worked well. However, it just stopped working. I used it one day, like I had most days for the last eight months, but then I went to plug it in yesterday and it no longer worked. I plugged it in multiple outlets around the house because I couldn’t believe it just stopped working. In my opinion, the price isn’t worth an eight month product.
