These soups are low in calories but the noodles give a nice chew. Combined with the savory taste, this is a great guilt-free snack or side.

Tonkotsu flavor is nasty

I have no idea what the flavors are since nothing is in English. I had the brown spice packet and it smelled like seafood but tasted more like mushroom. It was really good though, I used 2 brown packets with 2 noodle nests with 12 ounces of boiling water.

These are a bit pricey but overall a good snack to have in between meals.While the sodium content is high, I like the fact that these are relatively low carbs.These tasted good and filling enough to be satisfying.I'd have prefer if less the packaging is less, but it may be tough to do.

This is perfect when you want some light snack!
