The reason for return
I liked that that the product arrived quickly. I purchased this for my back massager. This unfortunately did not fit as a replacement plug.The plug I am looking to replace is : AC/AC Adapter MODEL pi-57-14bs INPUT 240v50HZ 25W output 12V-1.66A.

Oh boy!
Fantastic, it works. Why didn’t I look this up sooner. My old HoMedics shiatsu chair is on the go again after many years of sitting around getting dusty. Unlike the original flimsy cable that garrotted itself around my office chair until it snapped, this is far mor3e robust. Happy days.
