Great but needs high energy magnets.
Love the look and quality but regular refrigerator magnets will not work with this board.

Elegant, easy to hang, and functional
Comes with a handy guide to help you hang it up. That was very helpful. Beautiful whiteboard and perfect in my office.

Nice board and looks very nice but………
The template was helpful and easy to use. Looks good but the magnets are almost a joke. Don’t advertise the strong magnets, they barely have any pull. Also the directions were “pictures only’ and one line about the size of a drill to use for the molly bolts would have been very helpful. That was a bit frustrating. I also thought I had read somewhere that a marker was included. Not a big deal however.Installation requires two people and in my case it took three but we are weaklings.

Very nice white board, so smooth

NOT MAGNETIC
It is not magnetic unless you have a rare earth magnet. Typical kitchen strength magnets dont work.Wish I tested it before I drilled into my walls. Lesson learned.

Advice for Mounting
I usually wait longer before writing a review so that I can give some feedback on quality and longevity. That being said, I just installed this a day ago and wanted to share the experience in hopes that it can help others now.If I had the option, I would give this 3 1/2 stars because once it is mounted, and proper magnets are found that are strong enough, I think most will be happy with the aesthetics and the performance.Let me comment on the product. This glass white board is heavy! The hardware that it comes with seems good quality and heavy duty enough to hold it up. The screws provided to attach to the wall are 1 1/2" and seem like a #7 or #8 size (just guestimating).First of all the dimensions of the white board are NOT exactly 36" x 24", actual dimensions are 35 5/8" x 23 5/8". Perhaps it states this in the product description? But the title is a bit deceiving given that they rounded up.My white paper template was not cut the exact size of the white board, but large enough to encompass the mounting holes. Makes it a little trickier to ensure the template is lined up all the way around. Finally, it is not the magnets, but rather the metal backing behind the glass (that is probably really thin) which is the reason why your garden variety magnets will have trouble adhering. The magnets provided in mine seem to stick fine. We had a smaller whiteboard that this one replaced which was also magnetic, and the magnets for that one WON'T stick to this one. (Neither will 75% of my fridge magnets.)MountingFirst I installed 1x4 pieces of wood across 3 studs so I could mount the board without having to deal with drywall anchors. Did this for both top and bottom.I used the paper template, taped it across the back and traced the mounting holes. I then hung the paper template up and transferred the hole locations to the wall.To double check; I screwed in 1 post to the wall and then secured one corner of the board. While holding it up leveled, someone else marked the holes again - just to see if it lined up with the paper template marks ..... sadly, it did not.I went with the marks from the board (since these would be more true) and attached the remaining 3 posts to the wall. NOTE, you will need an extended screw bit if using a drill/driver to fit inside the post. (Most extensions are too wide to fit). Or you can use a screwdriver and do it by hand.I then tried to screwing in the remaining corners and found if the posts are off even by a few millimeters, the screws can't be secured in the posts. Seeing that it was only a few mm off, I loosened the post screw to the wall (just a little) which allowed some wiggle room to adjust for that few mm off and was able to screw all corners in without having to create another hole. Conclusion: this board is nice looking and seems functional once mounted. You do need at least 2 people to install. And finally when mounting, I recommend double checking the post locations (if using the template) before committing to making holes in all four corners because I would have been pissed if I had just gone off the template markings and had to redrill new holes. On the bright side, I guess any mistakes will be hidden behind the board anyways.Hope this helps.

Love it, read this for an update based on old reviews
Writing this review April 2023, only mentioning this because I’ve noticed the older reviews say things about poor quality hardware and the metal caps being too small. I had zero issues with this board. Easy to install, clear instructions with pictures. Some people also said the paper template that it comes with to mount on the wall didn’t have correct measurements, just flatten the paper out over the board and use a pencil to stab holes in where the holes on the board are. A level and a drill are highly recommended for the install. This board will sit flush to the wall once you’re done. The 3 magnets that it comes with are powerful. The marker/eraser holder does not come attached to the board, it has a strip of some very strong 3M tape to attach during installation. If you plan on using the holder make sure you attach BEFORE mounting the board to the wall… I will admit I did make that mistake but that was completely my own fault. Over all, very happy with this board and highly recommend

Multi purpose
I bought this as a front board to my DJ facade to design monograms on for weddings I gig at. It takes flourescent chalk paint markers well and the UV reactive colors (also purchased on Amazon) pretty well all look great. When not in use it looks great as a chore board at home for our large family. As you can see from the pictures, it can be mounted easily in both places. It has exceeded all expectations, quite literally.I would give it 5 stars had it arrived without absolutely mangled packaging. Now the bad- when it arrived in its box to my home I could see the black board through scraped holes in the packaging. I thought for sure there was no way this thing made it... there were a few minor scratches to the glass but it is not noticeable unless you are looking for them. Magnets you intend to use on it should be fairly strong. The ones included are a good example of what to use and look for. They are quite strong.
