I haven't actually used this yet, but just the fact I can buy the squeeze tubes in bulk that don't require a caulk gun is what I was looking for, and this is it. But I have been buying the singles of this for quite some time and it works great most of the time,

It has been a great sealant in my bathroom. The person didn’t use much. I also used it effectively under loose lichen floor baseboards.
