Maine Man Fish Scaler for Cleaning Fish, 8.5-Inches

My wife and bought a boat and decided this would be the year of the boat. that meant fishing. she purchased this scaler and the other day we caught 14 whiting out on winyah bay. Got home, got the scaler out and went to town on the fish. this scaler really performed well. 14 fish (gutting n scaling) in less than 10 minutes. Made the task real easy. the scaler is easy to hold, easy to clean, and does the job. thanks again.

I think it is average because of the light weight. If it was heavier and bigger, it would help remove the scales easier. The handle also needs to be bigger so you can get a good grip when scaling fish. May be I have big hands, but as an avid fisherman, I think this product could be made better than what it is now.
