She doesn't slip and slide around on these and her ballet studio just refinished their floors, so I was a little concerned about that. The straps have just the right amount of stretch to keep them in place. I consider these a great value and I'm actually planning to get her another pair as part of her Halloween costume this year (Elsa, so a blue pair!).

These Stelle ballet shoes always fit my girls true to size! They are high quality, ballet shoes that will last longer than they will be able to fit them. We love Stelle!

Great! They run small!
I didn’t read the reviews closely and they DO run at least a size too small. My 3 year old is normally a size 7/8t but we’re returning the size 8 for a size 9. They seem well made but I’m not sure how long the elastic will stay intact. Only time will tell!
