This shorts outfit is SO cute and flattering! I haven’t worn it yet, but I’m expecting good things. Fabric is good quality. It is on the thin side, but not see through or cheap looking. The pieces are well constructed. The vest is lined! And you get a spare button. Color is as pictured and it’s beautiful. I would say true to size. I ordered the size I normally do and it fits great - not too tight, not too loose. Shorts are a great length too, not too short. I got the outfit for summer travel, so I’m hoping the wrinkles will shake out and the outfit will wash well with gentle cycle and hang to dry. If they aren’t as amazing as I’m expecting I will come back here and update this review.

this is one of the first sets i have purchased and i love. my problem with sets is that i'm usually a smaller bottom and a medium top. the vest is oversized, not too much, so it gives a flattering fit and it works well for me. : ) it is really cute i love all these boyish trends right now.

I liked this. The quality was surprisingly decent. It didn’t feel itchy on. I imagine it would be breathable enough for warm weather, and is also sophisticated enough for the workplace. Although the vest fit me perfectly in a size small, the waist band of the shorts were a bit tighter than I want. I will be returning, but most likely reordering in a bigger size. Also, if you are a tanned/brown skinned girl, maybe reconsider getting the khaki color. It was the exact shade of my skin tone. I think I’ll try the gray or navy next time. If you want the oversized look the model has in the photo, size up.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought a small. I’m 5’3 145 36 D. I bought it to be fitted. A medium probably would have worked as well but I was afraid the shorts would have been baggy in the crotch area. The material feels good. It doesn’t feel like it would shrink too much and be useless after one wash. The shorts have a zipper, button and elastic in the back which is nice, they also have pockets. So far the price seems worth it. It was in my cart for a long time, I wasn’t sure about buying this off of Amazon but I’m glad I did. -Worth the price-Exceeded my expectations-Would purchase again

Rating this was hard because I think it's very cute and well made, but the sizing is terrible. I've been wearing a medium in most things (5' 4"- 133 lbs with 38D bust), problem is I wear a 6-8 on the bottom but a 10-12 on the top. I got a medium and the pants were perfect, but the top couldn't be buttoned. It was way too small. Because I like it so much, I ordered a large knowing that the pants would be a little big, but the top might fit. The pants were huge and the top was still pretty snug. I may have been able to pull it off if the pants had been so huge. Just didn't look good at all. Not sure why clothing designers thing everyone is the same size on top as on the bottom. I know few people who are perfectly proportioned. Wish I could get the pants in one size and the top in another so this could work because it is a super cute suit.

I get a lot of compliments when I wear this and I also use the vest with other outfits. I'm 5'3" , 125 lbs. and got the Small which fit just right . The shorts are shorter than I'd like but the outfit works great

This set looks high end and classy and available at an great price point. You can dress it up or down—looks great with heels or flats and can layer or wear vest as top. I’ll be looking for other colors and version with pants!

LOVEEE this set and I got so many compliments on it. Great quality, super comfortable, stretchy but still looks flattering. I wore it for my sister in laws bridal shower and I’ve also warn it just for a summer day!
