Average to fragile build - probably won't last.
It's ok, but, like most of the trigger style sifters, the entire mechanism depends on on piece of metal wire clip with the tensile strength of a paper clip. Why companies do this I do not know; if you make the sifter out of sturdy materials, why put the most fragile piece as the key to the only moving part in the thing? If you are going at it with this sifter, you're probably going to break it, or at least unseat it. I can't see it lasting me more than a few months. Probably best limited to dusting powdered sugar on pastry, not sifting two cups of flour at a time.I really wish someone would make one of these with the trigger part having a stronger more fixed piece of metal. Not a paper clip.

Sifts quickly
I just used this today. It sifted through my powdered sugar in no time, plus my hand gets a small workout. Not sure if someone with arthritis could use, but for me, I had no problem. Hope it lasts at least, 3 years. I would recommend.

Good enough for casual use...
A little flimsy when used at capacity. And it lacks a decent mechanism for getting some big clumps worked through. But for the price, for casual use, it is a good option. If I were doing any more baking than I/we do, I would want one a little bigger and stronger.
