Very light and flaky crust
It's amazing how this came through the mail and it was in one piece. I'm not a fan of pot pies but this was delicious. Nicely seasoned and didn't taste like a lot of flour was added as thickener. As someone else mentioned an egg wash is very nice. I also put foil around the crust edge to keep it from getting too brown. I took it off the last 15 minutes. It took 90 minutes to reach 165 in the middle. Well worth the wait.

Not Bad at All - From a Professional Cook
When my MIL passed, two of these were sent to my FIL, and 4 of us adults ate a whole one with a salad and had leftovers. You’ll need an egg for egg washing pre baking, and plenty of time, they cook on 385% about 70 minutes. Seeing how expensive these are, I know I definitely wouldn’t buy just for myself, but to feed 4 people it’s not that bad of a deal; the crust is very good, and it’s nicely seasoned inside with lots of all white meat chicken and nice vegetables. A good comfort food when we needed comfort.
