For two years I have been searching for a product that works in tandem with my OEM embossed chin spoiler, but until I found this ingenious invention, I refused to remove my particular iconic, branded spoiler and replace it with an aftermarket one even if the aftermarket product was more functional. If you own and drive either model of the Ford I am referring to, then I promise you'll love this setup.

Seems to be of similar material (multiple layers) as the expensive brand name guard. Adhered easily and firmly. There's a good reason why most of the photos selling these products show Bimmers... they are notoriously low across the front. Hopefully this extra protection will limit the damage. Yeah, the thing to do is avoid pulling up so close to curbs and parking stops and to creep over speed bumps... but bad things can happen to even the most careful of drivers. I don't know why this (and many other listings) describe the product as 'carbon fiber'... it is flexible polyurethane. You wouldn't want it to be carbon fiber.

I got this scrape guard for my Elantra N as it is pretty low in the front and I've had a few scrapes. unfortunately, due to the shape of my bumper there wasn't a great place to mount this. I was mostly concerned about corner protection but had to put this more center. The adhesive has stuck for a couple weeks so far so that is promising. I think this could be a great 'sacrificial layer' for cars that have a low front

On a whim I added these under my front bumper the day I lowered it. I cut them into pieces that would work. I’m so glad I did. These have taken some really bad scrapes and not not only did they stay stuck on, they saved my actual bumper from those scrapes. They’re not great to look at but these are a lifesaver.
