Arrived ok, size is fine, and inflated well, to a mostly round shape.One star off - I bought this specific one because it seemed matte in the image, but in reality it is shiny.I am using this as a chair in the office, and wanted it to be less shiny then the usual kind, so it'll fit better and won't draw much attention. But when it arrived I saw it is as shine as any other ball, and not as it seems in the product picture.

Very good product. Works well. Stays inflated. Purchased to relieve sciatica with regular "ergonomic" office chair cutting into the back of my legs. Very happy with the product.

Came with manual pump and circumference measuring tape. Very helpful in gauging correct size. Used my compressor to inflate as manual pump takes a while, but works. Non slip surface of ball great for crunches, superman, other stability exercises. Also used for rotational exercises while sitting. I'm 255lbs and the ball handles it no problem.

This is a good product.
