Good, spills a little bit of water out but not big deal

It’s pretty but creates a lot of splash.

Beautiful but wished it didn't splash the water out . I read other reviews before purchasing this and other people were talking about the fountain splashing water out but I decided to take a chance anyway because it was so pretty. I do like the fountain but unfortunately it does splash water but so far where I have it in my screened in porch it doesn't really make that big of a mess but it would be nice if it did not splash and they could redesign it so that it didn't. I would still recommend this water fountain because it is so pretty especially at night when the light is on and the water comes down it's just very pretty. .

Beautiful product. Placed it in the plant room for ambiance and to add humidity to the air. Turns out it also adds humidity to the carpet. The pump and light work fine, but the water drips down the back of the fountain, and splashes out of the basin it falls into. Didn’t catch it for a few months, and it’s definitely losing a cup or so a day into the carpet. Placed some paper towels around it to figure out where the leak is coming from, and it’s mostly if not entirely spraying out of the basin. Changing the pump speed has no effect on this since the waterfall itself is gravity fed. Probably solid for an outdoor unit, but would not at all recommend using indoors.

So... we really LoVE THIS LIL FOUNTAIN! BUT!!!! IT CAME BROKEN somewhere we can't figure and it does splash out or have a slow leak to where we have to place a cloth, and daily change it, because it is completely wet! Awesome sound, perfect lighting... Just broke and leaky!!! Sad!!!! Super sad!!!! It is mya birthday 🎂 present so I dew love it....

This fountain looks beautiful at first glance, but unfortunately it’s more of a paperweight than a working water feature. It leaks and splashes so badly that the water was completely gone within 12 hours of filling it. I tried adjusting it, but nothing stopped the mess. A shame, because it really is a nice piece visually—just not functional as a fountain.

I bought this fountain and it's not working properly. Water pours out from the top down the sides of the fountain. The pump only works on high. The streams don't fall down straight into the fountain. Some of the streams pour out the front of the fountain. Finally the pump is often on, but the fountain doesn't work - there is no crimp in the waterline. The fountain isn't working properly at all. When I tried to email the company, I got a message back saying the email I got as contact information on the web didn't exist.
