This ab roller is nothing fancy but efficient. The handles are a rubbered texture that feels good to the hand. The wheel glides over your hardwood or mat textured flooring with ease. My only concern is durability over an extended period of time as it is mostly plastic but I don't see that being an issue hopefully. The knee pad is a little thin but definitely protects your knees while extending.

I decided to purchase an ab roller after trying one (a different brand) at my brother-in-law's house. It is deceptively difficult! This brand is very well-made and sturdy. I've been using it for about a month now, 3 or 4 times per week and it has met or exceeded my expectations. My core is slowly but surely getting stronger, and I can see my abs getting more defined since I started using it. (Obvious disclaimer, I am incorporating this tool into an already-intense and comprehensive strength training regimen... you won't magically get a six-pack from just doing this.) I do the exercise on hardwood floors, so I appreciate the little mat for your knees that is included with the product. That said, I believe the roller will roll effectively on most carpets and rugs as well. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase - it packs a lot of value for it's compact/easily storable size and very reasonable price!

Product looks cheaply made, but its holding up. Its not commercial grade like described. It does work, for now.

Great to start a good core workout routine. Handles roll off the bar sometimes during side rolling but I set them with super glue. Rolls softly and comfortably, I recommend this roller.
