I frequently have issues with inflammation and sore muscles and joints. I've long heard about the benefits of red light therapy / LED and wanted to give it a try. I like that this belt is 60W and has LED and infrared lights. Not to mention, it has 120 total bulbs. My controller worked well and the belt was easy to use on my stomach, knees, shoulders, and even neck areas. There are 5 levels of intensity and I used it on each area from 5-10 minutes. The warmth of the belt food good immediately and I plan to continue to use the belt so I can see what benefits I get over time. So far, I am pleased with this product and the value for the price.

Very expensive and unusable. I contacted customer service but no instructions to return. Manuel shows a square tipped cord, but it’s designed for round, but the round cord is a misfit. Had an engineer look at it, so it’s not my mistake. I’m starting to use other sources as I’m having so many issues now. Orders r EXTREMELY late or broken.

This belt is super effective, as well as versatile. I have it on my waist in these photos to help reduce inflammation and promote circulation. You don't need it on for more than 10 minutes (30 tops!!). There are different intensity settings as well, I also apply it on my shoulders and back if I'm feeling especially tense/sore. You can go about your leisurely activities or relax until the session is over! 10/10 recommend

The media could not be loaded. When and if it works, it's great. But, it doesn't work often and will randomly turn off and won't turn back on. The plug is the problem. It's a horrible design with a USB C plug that doesn't stay connected.Want to update. The company has been great with response and working to get a replacement to me. I definitely appreciate that sometimes there are issues with products, it's great to see a company eager to resolve any problems. I'd buy from them again.

Power supply output is only 24w, not 60w as advertised... Still a good therapy pad and gets very toasty, but not what I paid for

I am giving this 4 stars because : 1. You have to be plugged in for it to work, and they do not give a very long cord, so may need an extension strip like I do, but still limited even so.2. They have a poor attachment band, that is not attached to the unit. It is basically a 3 inch stretch band, that you wrap around the unit and then your body. Definitely needs improvement.3. I can't prove if it is the heat or red light that is helping...I have had positive experiences with red light therapy before this product. I could always tell that it was the equipment. I can't tell for sure with this. It is much larger than what I have been using and has different intensities, which cause more heat, ergo might be relaxing the painful areas due to the heat. Now, anything that helps my back pain is worth using, so I am when it flares up, but without the strap..
