Nice addition.
M-40 here. I take one once a day and two every other day. Benefits I think I'm seeing are hair growth, nail growth and digestive support. There has been one unexpected perk, that's all I'll say about that. I'll continue to purchase this.

they're huge
during a recent visit with my dermatologist, she suggested taking pumpkin seed oil supplements to slow down/stop my hair fall. i was very unrealistic in thinking (more so hoping) that after a week of taking 3 of these a day, my problem would be solved. i'm not really seeing a change yet, but i guess it's going to take a few weeks for it to fully work its way through my system. i've been taking them since the last week of february. it's a little discouraging, especially because it's really not fun taking them. they're very large and at that size, three is a lot. but i'm going to keep going until the bottle is through and if i end up seeing actual results, then i will commit to buying another bottle.
