PVC Leather Steampunk Gothic Wasit Trainer Underbust Corset Bustier

Got this for my girlfriend for a costume. I was actually pretty impressed with the look and construction of this piece. It's got that patent leather look but it's significantly lighter/softer. The hardware seemed well attached and all lined up well. The only problem is that it didn't fit.We measured her before ordering (for reference she's 5'7" with 27" waist and 37" hips) and according to the size chart a L should have fit perfectly. However, even tightened all the way it was too big at the waist.I laid it out on a table and measured it with a fabric tape measure along the midsection that would align to the waist. It measured 29.5" when tightened all the way. For reference the size chart for size L lists the waist measurement as 26-28". So it looks like they are adding a couple of inches - maybe assuming it would be worn over other clothes.Returned the L and going to give the M size a try.

I’m usually a 1x or 2x on tops since I have a small waist and narrow shoulders. I’m a typical pear shape. I ordered a size 3x just to be on the safe side since made in China items usually run small. Well, sure enough, even the 3x was too small on me. Again, I have an unusually small waist for being a plus size gal. I can still wear the belt but I have to loosen up the lace up cord significantly. I doubt I’ll be able to sit while wearing this belt. Order 1 or 2 sizes up if you carry your weight in your mid section. I probably would be better off with a 4x. That’s ok, this will motivate me to lose more weight.

I just wanted to try a few styles with a PVC Corset, and the price was perfect for wearing over PVC or latex where the material and value was more important than the actual waist reduction of reshaping. Zipper seems to hold up well. I appreciate a reasonable amount of lacing, it’s not excessive and easy to manage when cinched. I’ve only worn twice and have not tried to cinch more than about two inches. Not much of an hourglass so far and I fully expect I will over stress this corset someday when going for more of a reduction or trying to close it, but for the price it is fine. Modesty panel is sketchy but an effort was made.

I would definitely recommend this because I’m madly in love with this corset, it fits perfectly and goes well with any goth outfit that I have.

Oh my! The journey to cincher heaven can be long and arduous. This is a fine corset bustier or as I would term it a cincher but man is it a firm and secure item. There is little to no give, the wearer is securely held in place, the bones are stiff and unforgiving but that only adds to the experience. What appears to be a cosmetic or fashion corset soon resolves to be a harsh and inescapable item. It is very well made and appears to be of very thick pvc, consistently shiny as one would expect but there is literally no give. The small in the same brand was tight but manageable, the medium a perfect fit and the large suitable for times when a little more exercise was required, If you are hoping to size down and just take it, forget it with this one it is a case of the size is the size and that's it but when a suitable fit is found there is nothing in this price range that comes close. The medium provides a real level of security but believe me there is no casual bending and stretching here. You will strain your body to fight the strength of this little gem. In summary, looks great, when the correct fit is found it provides a real correct posture experience.

The pros:Though it doesn't feel like PVC, the corset has a nice vinyl feel. It's very shiny and fairly simple to clean; handwashing with a simple rag, warm water, and mild soap. The corset also does not fade in color if taken care of properly, like some corsets do (that I know of).The corset is fairly easy to put on. Everyone has their own unique way but if you loosen up the back laces put it on, and then adjust the laces after it's around your waist, the PVC corset feels comfortable and looks great for that sexy kind of feeling.The cons:Because the corset is lower in price, you do get what you pay for. I have a friend I know and she aid for a high end red super shiny PVC corset and paid $105 for it; but it looks so, nice on her. I'm not saying the corset is bad in quality, (it is there). It's not high end. So if you're looking for a high(er end corset, this is not it.Because the material is tight, it does not stretch a lot; which is OK with me, but at times, hard to get around. If you know how to put on the corset, you shouldn't have a problem asking yourself if the actual piece stretches. Latex does (yes) but not vinyl or this particular corset.In all, I'm satisfied with this corset. It's not high end, but it's not low end. It's in the middle; which is what I wanted. My recommendation; this is worth it if you're looking for a nice sexy appeal.

While the make and shape of this are lovely, it absolute runs SMALL. This didn't even come close to fitting. lol

I ordered a medium first-l because it is my regular size but when this arrived- it was too small- so- I returned it and thought if I ordered a Large it would be bigger. I just received it today and it mind as well be a damn smedium! It is also way too small. Im returning this AGAIN but this time I’m not going to waste my time reordering. It’s like they sent the same exact one back, and just changed the tags to say Large. I’m so sad this would’ve been so amazing for my performances

Me quedo casi perfecto ya que si son algo grandes las tallas y es por eso que se recomienda pedir una talla menos, en mi caso pedí una talla menos y me quedo grande pero como por 3 centímetros.Es idéntico a la foto pero se tiene que tener cuidado porque si es muy frágil.

I purchased this with absolutely no expectations. It's definitely more of a fashion clincher but still decent quality. The plastic boning is cheap and feels like it will pop through at some point but the pvc and zipper are strong. Overall satisfied.

Its beautiful and nice but really follow the size guide and I should’ve size up 2 sizes

Excellent pour le prix . Très beau et bien fait. un peu court pour ma longueur de torse mais je suis plutot grande. Sinon il est parfait je suis tres contente
