Great Gummies to go get it for a workout
I used these for a while before moving on to powder, but I definitely saw an impact during the time I used them. Energy was solid and effective, taste was excellent, great value. Back when I did gummies, these were my jam.

Quality has changed for the worse
These used to be delicious and the perfect gummy. The taste/texture has changed tremendously. Now I don’t know what’s happened but they’re disgusting, cracky, and crumbly. Please go back to the original quality.

Formula *was* Fixed - Now Bad Again - Fixed Again
Thankfully, the manufacturer has reverted to the original formula as of April 20, 2025. I struggled through 2 months of the horrid new formulation, but hopefully we have seen the last of that. The original formula is now back and most appreciated, as these gummies are an excellent way to add more taurine. Update 5/25: Hopes dashed. Sadly, they have reverted to the disgustingly cloying and oddly textured formulation, as of May 6, 2025. Update August 2025: The original formula is back again.

Crunchy gummies?
I'm only giving three stars because I have only taken one dose and I can't comment on how they affect me. I did notice that just as others are saying, the gummies are weird and crusty. Are we sure they're safe? Where are these made?

There is a Temperature Storage Problem with This Product
The first bottle was great. The second bottle I received contained gummies that were a bit dried out (crunchy). Not ideal. This time, a third bottle contained gummies that had melted and become one big gummy mess in the bottle (after it got cool again, I assume). Please ensure these are stored at a temperature controlled location before shipment.
