Bought this after trying Ecovacs X2 Omni which I returned due to lots of issues in it. And the difference is day and night. This performs accurate pattern cleaning and is an expert Robot in what it does. Pros: 1. Option to first start Vacuuming Carpets of entire home before getting the mops wet and then does the tiles mopping. 2. Hot water mop washing which makes this L10s Pro Ultra Heat different than L10s Ultra (NOT PRO) 3. Built-in onboard water tank so its doesn't has to quickly go to base station 4. 'Cleaning genius' option does great efficient cleaning while saving the battery. 5. Deep cleaning and intensive cleaning options are great for places like kitchen which it does on its own. 6. Obstacle Avoidance is best in class. 7. Extended AI mop pad options cleans edges of walls as well as tables and chair legs ( make sure to check the setting I am explaining below in tips) 8. On board camera to monitor things 9. Schedule and Shortcut options does works great and correct ( As compared to Ecovacs bugs in its software) 10. Great at Wifi network switching for bigger house with different wifi (As compared to Ecovacs wifi switching) 11. Option to buy separate, permanent connection kit to connect to Waterline and drain line, with this no need to fill clean water and empty dirty water. 12. Cleaning Solution tank next to dustbin is great as we can fill with our own choice of Non-foaming floor cleaner, this reduces the plastic waste. 13. Carpet detection is accurate ( Ecovacs didn't automatically added carpets in Map) 14. Reduced height of 11cm, although the diameter is large enough it easily goes under Sofa as its height along with Lidar sensor is around 11cm max Cons: 1. Traditional big diameter round design, this doesn't go inside of standard chairs ( as Compared to Ecovacs square robot which did go, but for same reasons it didn't work properly) 2. Dreametech's Floor Multi-Surface cleaning solution is hard to find in UAE 3. Difficulty climbing 2cm obstacle borders, it does climb but not always. So I had to put a ramp Tips & Tricks: 1. To make sure it does Edge cleaning, Go to Settings of Dreamehome App> AI-Driven MopExtend> Enable AI-driven MopExtend and Set to High Frequency 2. To make sure it cleans carpets first before getting mop pads wet, Go to Settings> carpet settings>turn On Clean Carpets First 3. If you have Marble border between any room where Robot cannot climb, just add a Ramp of plastic or silicon, This robot however climbs upto 1.5cm easily 4. You can Add NON-FOAMING cleaning solution to this Robot's detergent tank beside Dustbag, like Roborock's original Floor Cleaner( Omo brand), Just make sure to check Concentration. I dilute Omo solution with 1/3rd water as that one is more concentrated than Dreame Solution. STRICTLY NON-FOAMING types to avoid issues. 5. Using Ecovacs X2 Omni's Mop pads to this does great mopping than its own mopping pads

Hello, I purchased this robot vacuum about 3 months ago. Recently, the Velcro pad (the part that holds the mopping cloths) started peeling off from the device. The robot was used normally and carefully, but now the cloth cannot be attached properly. Since this part is essential for the mopping function, I believe this is a manufacturing defect. Could you please advise if this issue is covered under warranty? I would like to request a replacement part or a replacement unit. Thank you for your support.

Received 2 weeks early while on holiday, which was a bit of a problem, and had to relocate to a neighbours. Used last night, and I am so impressed. The amount of dust and hair that it managed to pick up through my bungalow was equally impressive and shocking. It remapped the house while we slept. It does sound like a normal hoover when on rugs or carpet due to extra suction power needed, I guess. Did not disturb our sleep.

It cannot enter its own dock. Doesn't lift high enough and makes terrible noises, as if it's an elephant. There must be something stuck. The box was open, this wasn't a new device I think. It needs to go back ... this simply is unacceptable.

Cela fait une dizaine d'années que j'utilise ces robots, des premiers Neato, aux iRobot, puis après des années de bons et loyaux services je suis passé au Roborock s7 car la fonction lavage me manquait vraiment et j'ai été vraiment satisfait. Je viens, pour ma résidence principale, de passer au Dreame L10 Ultra, après avoir visionné tout ce que j'ai pu trouver sur internet et YouTube. Aucun regret, et surtout une vraie satisfaction d'avoir du matériel vraiment efficace. L'appli est excellente, la qualité d'aspiration sur le carrelage et les tapis est sans faute, et le lavage est vraiment excellent. On vide le réservoir d'eau sale dans les toilettes et on rempli le réservoir d'eau claire et c'est tout. La station change la vie par sa simplicité. Le lavage et le séchage des serpillères est une fonction formidable, car sur le S7 de Roborock pour avoir laissé la serpillère sur le robot pendant 3 jours car je ne suis pas repassé à la maison, les odeurs de moisi étaient particulièrement désagréables. La navigation est excellente probablement encore meilleure que le roborock s7, le prix du L10s Ultra avec son IA additionnelle ne se justifie pas chez moi. C'est rangé et il n'y a pas grand chose qui traine par terre. En mode intensif (plus d'eau et plus de chevauchement des passages de la serpillère) les résultats sont impeccables. C'est propre et le lavage combiné à l'aspiration réduit visiblement les poussières sur les meubles dans la maison, bon ce n'est pas trop scientifique mais c'est mon observation. Silencieux, c'est le jour et la nuit par rapport à un iRobot 960, et un peu plus silencieux que le Roborock. Je ne suis pas un habitué de la publication de commentaires produits, mais là je pense que c'est un appareil qui change la vie en permettant de rentrer chez soi avec une maison impeccable. J'espère que ce petit texte vous aidera dans vos recherches du modèle idéal.

Der Dreame ist jetzt knapp drei Wochen im Einsatz und ich bin total begeistert. Saugt wirklich sehr gut, feudelt ordentlich feucht durch. Mahnt zum aufräumen. Vorgestern lag ein Lappen im Flur, der in den Keller sollte. Hat Helene schön angesaugt, dadurch ihre Sensoren verdeckt und ist (zum Glück nur eine Stufe) die Treppe runter. Uuups! Nix passiert, aber man darf einfach nix liegen lassen. Die Bedienung über die App funktioniert super. Ich fand sie sehr einfach zu verstehen und bedienen. Die Saugkraft und die Wischfeuchte ebenso wie die Anzahl der Reinigungsdurchgänge lassen sich individuell auf Raum und Bodenbelag anpassen. Bei der qm Größe, nach wievielen gewischten qm der Wischer zurück zur Station fährt, um die Wischer zu reinigen und neu zu befeuchten, würde ich die Einstellung auf werksmäßig eingestellten 10 qm belassen, sonst wird es zwischendurch schon recht trocken an den Wischern. Die Teppicherkennung funktioniert einwandfrei, da heben sich automatisch die Wischer an. Es lassen sich Shortcuts einrichten, mit denen man festlegen kann, was wie gereinigt werden soll, wenn man den Shortcut aktiviert. Auch Reinigungsroutinen lassen sich einfach einstellen. So saugt Dreame hier jeden Tag einmal komplett die Etage durch und einmal pro Woche wird gewischt. Sollte das nicht reichen, lassen sich die Räume auch separat ansteuern, ebenso wie einzelne Zonen, die gereinigt werden sollen. Die Station ist recht groß, fällt aber neben dem großen Schrank nicht so auf. Das Problem, von dem hier schon mehrfach berichtet wurde, hatte ich auch - es wurde zunächst kein Wasser vom Tank zum Gerät gepumpt. Mit einem stabilen Strohhalm und ein paar Mal kräftig ansaugen, ließ sich das Problem schnell beheben. Fazit : Ein super Helfer im Haushalt, auch auf mehreren Etagen. Saugen schafft er bis zum Rand, beim Wischen bleibt ein schmaler Rand trocken. Hat man aber schnell mal mit einem Lappen erledigt. Ich möchte diesen Helfer in dem Haus mit dem haarenden Hund nicht mehr missen.

I have been using my new mop/vacuum for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love this Dreame mop/vacuum robot! This robot is amazing. It cleans every little nook so well. I have a dog that sheds year round and the vacuum sucks up all of the dog hair. The mop function has been the biggest time saver. I run my robot 3 times a week and my floors look amazing. It is quick and efficient. It takes about a minute to get started (it makes sure all of its parts are clean and ready to go), it has never gotten “lost” in my house, the self cleaning during the recharging cycle take about 3 minutes. I did take a picture of the port while the robot was off of it to show that I do need to wipe down the port about once a week. You can see the dog hair left on the port. This takes about 10 seconds for me to wipe down once a week and I don’t consider this a negative at all, just part of the maintenance. I have had to empty the dirty water twice in 3 weeks and replaced the clean water at that time. It is so easy to change out the dirty water. I have already searched Amazon for replacement parts and they are readily available on Amazon so when the time comes, Dreame has thought of anything I could need. The Dreamehome app is simple to use and very user friendly. I love that I can control the robot from anywhere and have my floors clean when I return home. I have had 3 cleaning robots and this has been the best one I’ve owned. I would recommend this Dreame to anyone!
