The JonesHouseDeco galvanized steel livestock feeding trough is disappointing. While it’s heavy-duty and has a large capacity, the sharp edges make it unsafe for animals. It’s a significant design flaw that renders the product unusable without modifications. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this feeder as it poses a risk to livestock.

Its sturdy construction allows me to leave the goats to their antics without worrying about them tipping it over. The substantial length of 114.3cm efficiently feeds a good number of livestock at once, and the V-bottom design effectively stands up to my stubborn flock of sheep and goats trying to climb in.While the instructions are easy to follow, the setup takes slightly longer than anticipated, but nothing that an extra pair of hands wouldn't solve. Cleaning is straightforward, too; a quick rinse with the garden hose does the trick. It has proven robust against rusting, even in the unpredictable British weather, making it a dependable companion in our farm’s daily routine.
