I saw these and couldn't resist placing an order as I thought of some other uses for them as well, such as holding a bandage or gauze in an awkward position while applying some pressure to stop bleeding or whatever. I already have slight dimples, and one is more pronounced than the other, but what the heck, we'll see how that works out over time. The beads are a decent size and do not create too much concentrated pressure to the point where it would become painful, and there is a gap between the beads in its normal state, yet they are also small enough to create a natural effect and not form too large of an indentiation. I didn't see any recommendations on how long or how frequently to wear them so it will take some experimentation, and some time. It's quite an interesting idea. Thanks for letting me try them out.
