After 3 weeks of taking this, I have less scaling, less it hing and my skin all over, is softer and less dry. I will keep taking this one!!!! I look up the ingredients before buying and saw potential positive effects.

These capsules are filled with tons of herbal extracts high in antioxidants. Not just for psoriasis, this herbal blend is quite comprehensive, and can be helpful in a variety of circumstances. However, for those who cannot swallow pills, the flavor is quite bitter. I usually stir my herbal supplements into tea, but this flavor was so obtrusive I couldn't even finish the tea. For a good capsule full of antioxidants, this is a great choice - as long as you can just swallow the pill!

I like that the bottle is full! Up to the top. I can't stand that most supplement companies fill their bottles 20-50% full, but this one is all the way up; the fullest I think I've ever seen a supplement bottle! Nice. The bottle will last one month if taken as directed. The product page goes into more detail, saying start with 1 cap 2x/day, then week 2 increase to 4 caps/day, and after 3 weeks you can, if needed, increase to 3 caps 2x/day. It also says you'll get the best results if you follow this for three months WHILE limiting spicy foods (sigh) and orange, grapefruit, and tomato juices. I like that the bottle says GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, non-GMO, and made in the USA. The USA part isn't clear because the product page also says manufactured in Israel. Well, the USA apparently has SOMEthing to do with it. I'd also like to see organic on the bottle. You can smell a very light odor in the bottle when you open it. I'm not sure what it is, but I like it. No real flavor, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I tend to take longer than others to see results from new supplements, but so far I'm having an on average positive experience and anticipate that I will be using these long-term. Especially at this price!
