Full disclosure, I've used silicone skins on my t:slim since Rockadex released them, and their product it very good and I have used it for a while now with no complains (and I own several), but when I saw this one in this color, I had to have it. It's more of a soft tiffany blue than the turquoise color pictured, but I don't mind a bit - I was actually hoping the product image was just overly saturated. I have to sheepishly admit that when I put this skin on for the first time, I actually put it on backwards. The rockadex version has two large slots for both the charging port and the cartridge, and this one only has the one large slot for the charging port. Because I use a hip clip stuck to my pump which works well with the rockadex skins, I threaded my clip through the big slot hoping it would work, and as shown in the 3rd picture, the smaller hole on the other side of the skin meant for the infusion set clip blocks most of the charging port (and it caused some other minor fit issues that I didn't picture). When I realized that the button was also on the wrong side I realized that I had installed it wrong. I flipped it around, carefully cut a slot with a utility knife so my clip would fit through in the correct place, which worked really well. The skin has to be peeled back to change the cartridge, but IMO this isn't really a big deal.... the skin is stretchy and easy to peel back, and the large hole that would create would make the thinner profile edge on this skin on the front of the pump not work very well - but I actually really like that it doesn't block the 'T' button on the front the way the rockadex one does. The skin is also molded over the top button, which honestly makes using that button much easier than reaching down through the 2mm of skin on the rockadex version. The indicator LED around the button still shines through well enough.

Love this item. It works and does not break. Great job good product.

Provides shock protection that lets one swap out cartridges without removing the case. Additionally, it is more slip resistant that the original included case and provides for a smaller profile.

This is a great little pump skin. However, it's not quite as snug on my pump as I'd like it to be. It tends to pull off my pump way too easily, especially when I try to pull it out of my pocket. But it's cute, the color is fun, and it protects my pump from the occasional drop.

I kept buying the harder covers with the metal clip attached so that I could clip it places and I kept having to spend the money again in a few months because the clip would be stretched out and it would be pointless. I ended up investing in lots of yoga and excersize style pants that have the little pockets and I would slip my pump there or tuck it in my bra when I attached higher on my stomach. the clip became useless more often than not so I eliminated it all together and saved a few bucks and its easy to put on, very brightly colored and actually looks less bulky in my pocket which I am already bulky enough so that is always a plus. I will be getting the other colors so I can swap them out from time to time.

Tandem t:slim x2 user. Smooth softcase. Has proper vents/slots for access of charger, bluetooth signals, and infusion sets. Slips off easily for cartridge changes, and protects the cartridge from accidentally slipping loose. --Not made for a belt clip. Use the hardcase for that kind of stressor.-- Only one way to put on, has indent for power push switch, but my black one does not have the power led light shine through. Will buy again, maybe another color.

I absolutely loved this case when I got it. So much so that I bought a second one. But it caused serious issues with my t:slim & those issues contributed to serious medical emergencies. After I started using it, I began to have signal problems between my T:Slim & my Dex. I had only been using this technology for about a week when this occurred. Because of being so new to this, I had no idea the case was the source of the problem. Tandem had to swap out my T:Slim 2 times in about 4 weeks & then when it came time to do the 3rd warranty swap, I began to wonder if the silicone case had something to do with the problems. I put that new replacement in the original Tandem hard case with belt clip.... and guess what..... no signal problems. My t:slim also never felt overly warm like it did in the silicone case. If the T:slim is not in a case or is in it's original case, you will see some small dots near the plug cover on the back. Those get covered up when the silicone case is in use. I believe those being covered up are what caused me so many problems. With having gone through so many warranty replacements & now my t:slim is in it's original case with no problems, I have suggested that Tandem Help Desk consider adding a question about the case being used when troubleshooting device problems. I wish I could swap the silicone cases I bought for insulin vial covers.... but I am past the Amazon return date & it would be unfair to ask this of either Amazon or the manufacturer.

Fits the pump fine, but it's missing the notch that allows easy removal of the insulin cartridge. Also, the cartridge opening is smaller than the cartridge. Because of those design decisions, the pump has to be removed from the case every time the cartridge is changed. Annoying. Note that some of the colors do have the notch and the larger opening. Since those are made in different molds, I suspect that there are two different manufacturers sourcing the cases for Sugar Medical. I'd return it, but tossed the packaging material before I noticed...

Fits my pump great and doesnt block any vent holes or make carteidge changes difficult.

The weight of the case is written incorrectly. It actually weighs 20 grams, not 9!

Love this product. Used for two years now and still fantastic condition.

It’s a nice fitting skin made from quality silicon but would be absolutely brilliant if it had a clip
