Giloy has many properties but I'm taking it for the anti-microbial and antiviral properties as I have a low immune system and am doing what I can to support it and stay well, especially as we move into cold and flu season. So far, I feel good taking it and have noticed less inflammation and it appears to be made from quality, organically sourced ingredients. With natural supplements they can definitely take longer to notice the effects, but this one I'm going to stick with and keep in my supplement rotation. If you're interested in more natural ingredients and remedies, I recommend researching the uses of Giloy as there are many varied uses that can be helpful for a variety of health needs.
