Small but Functional
This machine has a very small footprint (in comparison to many that I've looked at) and is a perfect size for my situation, sitting on top of the kitchen counter in my studio apartment. It is simple, well designed, and easy to operate. I made one French bread with it so far and it was a success (in comparison to breads I purchased in stores). These factors alone are sufficient for me to give this machine a perfect score (5/5).

Making sure your breadmachines works before selling it to a customer's and any appliances you have.
I used it only once or twice and then it malfunctioned and I will not buy this product again. Just couldn't use it no more and I needed a breadmaker so I bought one here in town. It is wasted money and time where I could of make more bread.
