As many reviewers note the sizing has changed somewhat on these Nanos. My old Nanos were US 9.5s but for this pair I ordered US 10 and they were perfect. I found the toe box medium sized and although not a narrow width shoe, they may not suit very wide feet. I would describe them as standard width. Also they stretch over time so better to be slightly snug early on. The new Nano is super stable for weight lifting providing good lateral support for exercises like walking lunges, split-squats, deadlifts etc. The soles are stiff enough for rowing and stationary bike but are still pliable enough for sprints and short runs. Internally there is definitely a little more cushioning than the previous iterations. These are the best shoes for Cross Fit, Multi training efforts and weightlifting and a great compromise. Much more stability than a standard running shoe and less pitch/flatter which makes them ideal for squats/deadlifts. Also better construction than previous Nano's lace eyelets look like they will last a lot longer. Had now for 6mnths and quality is good no faults and have even washed a few times-seems higher quality than the previous Nano models that split at the sole after 12mnths. Highly recommend.

Ich trainiere seit 4 Jahren regelmäßig im Gym und nutze den Reebok Nano X4 jetzt seit 5 Monaten. Für mich ist es der beste Trainingsschuh, den ich je hatte. Vor allem die Stabilität hat mich überzeugt – bei Kniebeugen, Deadlifts und anderen Grundübungen stehe ich sicher wie nie zuvor. Gleichzeitig ist der Schuh bequem und macht auch nach Monaten intensiver Nutzung einen sehr robusten Eindruck. Für ernsthaftes Training eine klare Empfehlung.
