I have been using Amazon basics earbuds since past 10 days . Starting 1 and 2 days earbuds work properly no issue seems but after 2 days its battery down quickly , automatically one side earbud disconnect after 10 minutes and also it's build quality very bad 👎. No noice cancellation work properly also voice clearty very very bad. Overall experience very don't purchaseCharging Speed very slow . No customer support.-1 i gave rating.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

As compare to other Brand like boat and noise this is more Affordable and sounds Good then other. I liked it in every way like design, sound, battery backup and call quality.

Worst product that I purchased ever in my life , when I purchased this product after 3-4 months it start giving some problem like right earbud not working so that I complaint it 4-5 times on Amazon but nothing goona happen they also said to wait for sometime but it reached 20+ days to cover warranty period file or something else , I suggest not to buy this product or from this brand Amazon basics , from my opinion I write to Amazon that you are not working your store properly, I really feel bad for Amazon for this time that Amazon is loosing their reputation in the world on behalf of these kinds of products. Its user manual has incorrect instructions regarding charging of the charging box and earbuds. Actually the charging box does not give any indication that it is discharged or its battery is low.Yes, when it does not charge the earbuds, we connect the box to a 5V-1Amp charger. A red light blinking (constantly on and off) while charging.When the battery of the box is fully charged, the blinking red light becomes stable with a continuous flashing (no on/off) red light.Now we will disconnect it from the charger. The time taken to fully charge is about 1 to 2.5 hours depending on the discharging level of the battery of the charging box.To charge the earbuds, we place the buds in the charged box and close the lid of the box. Until the earbuds are fully charged, a blue light will keep flashing continuously. The blue light will turn off when the charging of the buds is complete.Now remove the earbuds and put them in your ears and turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile. After full charge, you can listen to music continuously for about 8 hours. And you can charge it again 3 to 4 times by putting it in the charging box.

Received this product today and used the same. It has very good volume quality, properly built to fit in ear comfortably, great design and it is overall good product at this price range. It is a must buy product.....👌👌

It is damage after 6 month one side is not working. Waste of money
