I have been using these for over a month now as a 63 year old male with problems walking about my muscles have deteriorated some what, I have been eating more protein as well with these and thy have shown some improvement.I am not a doctor and these have not been tested under any strict conditions but my level of walking has improved , I feal my legs have returned more to my older self and able to walk a little further without pains in my legs.In my own opinion these have helped me.

I'm not sure about this product if it just didn't agree with me or was it some cheaper nasty version.I tried it for a week. 2 a day but all it gave me was a gassy stomach and Diarrhea so sadly couldn't take the full month.My friend had amazing reviews off an expensive one 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I think these have been helping with my gym progress, although it's a bit hard to say, as I take a lot of other supplements at the same time too.These come as a 1200mg per serving dosage, with 60 capsules, which at 2 per day is a 30 day supply. They are easy to swallow without any after taste.I seem to be doing a lot better in the gym at the moment and my strength is really going up. It's hard to tell if its specifically this, or a combination of everything I am taking, however I have researched the benefits of beta ecdysterone and I'm pretty certain it must be doing something good for my progress. So so far I would recommend them.

This package contains 60 capsules and @ 2 capsules per day it gives you a 1 month supply. The capsules are coated in a vegan friendly cellulose shell are of small/medium sized and easy to swallow.As mentioned it comes in a pouch which I'm never a fan of, I prefer a plastic or glass container which I can recycle and it's easier to access the contents. I'm not very familiar with this supplement but from a quick search it seems that amongst it's competitors it's value for money so perhaps they are one of the few brands that have passed on the saving of using a pouch to the customer.

Been taking this for a few weeks together with turkesterone, BCAAs, creatine and protein. Hard to say which part of the stack is having the greatest effect but together they're providing me with some noticeable gains.
