This is the best lifting-oriented pre workout I have used. As long as I eat a little something a few hours or so before taking it, I don’t get any prickly discomfort. I have taken it on an empty stomach and it gets a little prickly. Regardless of that, it works awesome. I get huge pumps. I have great energy with my lifts. I have lifted in and off for years now and before buying this, I wasn’t taking a pre for a while. So I basically did a 1:1 comparison and it is night and day. So much more effective to take this pre and do my lifting. Im a pretty hardcore brand loyalist so I will be diving into the Transparent lineup now.

Great pre workout. Strong, effective. Read the label, warns of possible tingle in body if not accustomed to some of the ingredients. Don’t over do it or mix with other caffeine, over doing and adding too much caffeine can make you crash; But using as suggested and there is absolutely no crash. Feel great at the gym. Tastes like any other legit pre workout that’s not over sweetened or full of sugars.

I love this pre workout. It is some of the best I have ever used. There are 2 reasons why I didn't give it the full 5 stars.First, Is that is is pretty expensive. I know it is probably one of those things where you get what you pay for, but its pricy and money can be tight these days.Second, It doesn't taste great. It's not bad, but I wouldn't drink it if it weren't for the pre workout effects. I have tried a few of the flavors, and none of them are great. I probably prefer the raspberry one so far.Now for the good part. I am sure everyone is different, but for me this one checks all the boxes. It gives me ample energy to lift weights for an hour. I stay focused and move from one set to the next without getting distracted by my phone or chatting with people at the gym. The energy level stays up for the full hour so I can get the most out of my workout. I feel like i definitely get more out of the later sets than I do without it. I do get a little of the face tingles. Some people don't like that, but I don't mind it.And the best part for me is the PUMP! I leave the gym feeling jacked. I can tell that I have just had a great workout.Overall, If it's in your budget and you are looking for a quality product. I would recommend giving this pre workout a try. I will definitely buy it again.

This is the best pre-workout on the market if you are looking for a great pump and focus without a sick stomach. Just the right amount of caffeine and gives you a great pump and keeps you focused. Not the best tasting but worth the sacrifice to get real ingredients. I highly recommend this one and I have tried them all.

I got the "watermelon" flavor. Itw the most foul tasting pre workout drink I've ever tried. I used to think that the old Fizogen Blast Cycle was as bad as flavor could get. This is worse. At least Blast Cycle worked. I took one full scoop, barely got it down without puking, and did nothing for me. I don't recommend this

Fantastic composition. A great balance of all the additional supplements that boost caffeine, really makes it so every workout is motivated.
