I bought this rechargeable heat pack for my wife to help with her period cramps, and it has been an absolute lifesaver! I am sick of buying the disposable heat packs for my pain around my lower abdomen, I struggle with severe period pains and apart from over counter medication, heat is my best friend during these frequent periods. I have been after a re-chargable heat pack suitable for my needs for a while, but all the ones I see recommended online (on TikTok and here) are bulky and plasticky and don't look comfortable or particularly easy to wear under/over clothes.This however is soft and easily wearable which is a massive pro to me. It heats up quickly, getting nice and hot (it has 3 settings, i find the hottest to be a little bit too hot for me but it certainly does the job). The battery pack pouch is a little bulky but not too much and it lasts a good while once it has been charged up.I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a more durable/practical and reusable option to heat pads, and I would say that it is probably useable on other parts of your body like your neck etc as well.

**Update - Aroma sent me a replacement belt directly. Julie at customer service was extremely helpful and understanding.*Updated. This stopped working after 3 months. It charges fine, but when I plug the battery into the belt it doesn't turn on at all, doesn't heat up and it now unusable.*I used this for period and neck pain. It's fairly comfortable to wear, the battery pack is small and compact but noticeable under clothes. The adjustable heat settings are ideal! It's easy to use with the rechargeable battery. Would highly recommend.

This product is a lifesaver! I suffer with stomach cramps during my period and this heat pad eliminates the need for painkillers. It’s really discreet too so I can wear it out and about and to work and nobody would know I have it on.

UPDATE: After 1.5 month of using (which was not constant anyways, as i have only used it while menstruating), it just stopped working. The battery shows as if it’s working, but the device doesn’t heat up sometimes. Doesn’t worth the money.The belt is very conforting, there are 3 different level of warmth. The warmest setting is actually very hot, you won’t have issues with the temprature.The battery charges very slowly, it takes hours to get fully charged which is frustrating if you have a severe pain meanwhile. It would be a perfect product if it would come with 2 batteries.

wasn’t too sure the first time i used this but actually it’s perfect if you’re out and about for pain relief as sits fairly obscurely under clothing. I’ve not found any issue charging battery as yet, it does seem to change fairly quickly. Can auto set to 15,30 or 45 mins. i’ve been using on highest setting and whilst it does get quite hot, i’ve found it just the right heat over a thin layer. Just need to keep an eye it’s not too hot for you and turn down setting if you find it too much. Battery pack sits in pouch well so no worry of losing it and if it did run down, it would also be able to run off my phone backup battery pack. Glad i got it as you can’t carry a hot water bottle around!

The media could not be loaded. The quality control was poor and the customer service could be better. I cant even give it a semi-decent rating because it wouldn't even turn on at all and I'm so frustrated because contacting the email they put on the manual isnt useful as they stopped replying to me. I needed this for my upcoming period and I'm just upset this one doesn't work. I can't say that you shouldn't buy it because maybe I just got unlucky and received a faulty product out of 1000 good ones, but alas it still hasn't been a pleasant experience.UPDATE::they replied and sent me a new one, very quickly so ill give them credit for that. It works as it should and as ive seen on the other video of someone putting theirs on...i THINK. It's not as hot as I expected although tbh I don't know what I expected after failure #1. the green setting is fine for me to put on my bare skin (they do say dont do this but when im on my period i need the heat deep in my bones so ill take the responsibility for that one). IT DOES HELP WITH PAIN RELIEF!! and is fairly descreet underneath a layer of clothing so i can wear it outside. It turns off automatically after (I think) 1.5 hours. I will update on how battery life does once I try it out for a full day, since that's what convinced me to go for this one over any others.BATTERY LIFE:do a full charge before you use it the first time. i went outside with it on a full charge and id say it lasted me 4 to 5 hours. I had to be periodically turning it off to save battery which if I had more painful cramps would be absolutely despicable, but thats how science works. definitely take the charger with you if you plan to be out for longer than 5 hours. But against the chill of the wintery weather, its such nice heat and really comforting and soothing. My only gripe with it is the elastic band being a bit strange because the sides are long on me and it slightly digs into my skin but with a bit of adjustment its completely fine. overall id say for the price and against competitors in its own market, this would be the heating pad to get and is MUCH more reliable than a hot water bottle.
