Love my Cityscape ! Just need cuter accessories for Girls. :)
This is my 2nd Heybike. I absolutely love the Cityscape model. ( I upgraded to this 2.0 model and have a 2nd bike for visitors. ) My only.. only complaint with Heybikes are that fact that they do not make a pretty girl FRONT BASKET. They only offer the metal black basket. Boo.. I would like a version that looks similar to a wicker basket or even metal, but in that style. Please, please for all us girls make a cuter front basket for us.

Great Bike and Customer Service was great and responsive!
I really like this bike for an "urban cruiser" that I use daily here in Los Angeles!I did have a couple of mechanical issues with the bike which included the front and rear brakes. I also had issues with the rear wheel. So, I contacted Heybike customer support and GLORIA was able to help me with resolving ALL of the issues. I was able to take the bike to my local bike mechanic and they fixed the issues with the brakes and rear wheel. Afterwards, I sent Gloria the receipts for the repairs and Heybike reimbursed me for the repair costs. So, they absolutely stand by their bikes and warranty! If you are looking into this bike, rest assure they will take care of you if you have any issues! Thanks Gloria and HeyBike!

Almost perfect.
I've had it over a month now and I am addicted, to say the least. I got all the bells and whistles - the basket and saddlebags. The basket is extremely heavy duty, which is kind of surprising because there are pieces of the bike that aren't, in comparison. The fenders and chain cover are flimsy plastic and one of the fenders came warped from shipping. The bike is already heavy enough as it is so I can imagine creating those to be as sturdy as the basket would've added extra heft. Honestly, the basket is overkill for how heavy it is. That said, I'm glad to have it.The saddlebags are a disappointment. They're fine, I guess, but they started curving inwards towards the back tire within a week, and then hitting the spokes. About 7 miles of hitting the spokes causes them to fray a bit, so I had to get creative. I bought 2 wire cookie cooling racks and zip-tied them onto the bike so that the saddlebags can no longer touch the spokes. I wish I hadn't gotten the saddlebags and instead installed my own carrying apparatus.I've ridden this thing at least 100 miles and haven't even gotten down to 3 bars on the 5 bar charge. This thing holds a charge really well. It's easy to remove from the bike and set it somewhere to charge. The charger itself is also good. I recommend covering the bike when you remove the battery, especially if you're outside - to keep dust and debris from getting into the important bits. The battery is heavy. The fork lockable shock is great. I leave it unlocked though because I ride on a highway and hit a lot of bumps.I was worried 26" wheels would be too much because I'm 5'2. I was able to set the seat down as low as possible and it's perfect. This bike was difficult for me to build on my own. I had to get the assistance of my husband, who is literally a rocket scientist. That said, he had some trouble too, even with the manual. It was possible to build ourselves, but very time consuming and frustrating.I was disappointed to learn that the bike doesn't connect to the heybike app like a lot of their bikes do. I also wish there was a clock on the display, and that the display was much much brighter. The pedal assist is my favorite thing in the world. I really only ever use my throttle if I'm tired going up a hill - but generally I put the bike in mode 3 and pedal up steep Ozark hills with no problem at all. You don't need mode 3 very often. It's great for getting up hills with extra support or for being in traffic, but if you're on a sidewalk or near pedestrians, try to keep yourself to a 1 so you don't accidentally take somebody down.Overall I'd give this a 4.3 stars. I'd give it a full 5 if it wasn't for the saddlebag situation. I wish I could return it but it's damaged and I bought it as part of a package, so... yeah. That said, the bike itself is great and has sincerely added joy to my life. I ride everywhere I possibly can.

4k miles on and still going strong
Great bike,I bike to work everyday and my days off I bike to the beach, I put 4k miles on, have had to put on new break pads and tires every so often but for that mileage that’s not bad! Very durable. I only have bought from heybike for the past four years.

Great assist for aging rider
The bike is very nice looking and assembled easily. We transported it on our vacation and I at 72 years old was able to keep up with the 30 year olds. When we approached a hill, pedal assist helped me get up without killing my knees. I have more to learn but am pleased so far.

Cityscape 2.0 ..for what it’s worth
This bike has lived up to the standards I had expected. I’ve had great enjoyment out on the trials at varying speeds and use of the pas system. The battery tends to last based on terrain and weight of your rider, my only reason for wanting an additional battery. I would recommend this bike to a friend.
