Definitely noticed a difference when using this. And it worked :)

From a regular mainstream men's multi-vitamin, I switched things up for my husband after I switched mine to Fullwell. It does have a distinct smell, but it's not horrible; it just smells like vitamins. You must take 4 a day, but it is easy to swallow. My husband liked Fullwell because his urine wasn't so concentrated after taking them, and his stomach was not upset. I'm glad I found Fullwell, which is a very well-known and trustworthy company!

Great product, but the serving size being 4 capsules makes it a little excessive daily to continue taking.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not. This bottle comes full up to the neck, which is really good nowadays. If used as directed it will last one month (four capsules per day!). The date of manufacture on mine is Aug 2023, and it doesn't say how long the capsules last. I don't know who started it, but quite a few of the supplement companies I have tried as of last have apparently switched to giving you a manufacture date instead of an expiration date, and I do not like it. There is a pleasant herbal scent and taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says 3rd-party tested, one of the ingredients is organic, and meets or exceeds GMP standards. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle. The fullwellfertility site is functional, and they have at least some of their products' test results on the site. They also have a practitioner directory on the site for you to find the kind of help you need. I like that they have information on and a letter from their founder on the site, and while I don't agree 100% with their values and goals, I think most of them are spot on and this is a company I would trust to help me on my health journey. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredient blend for the most part. I wish they would have opted out of using the fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know refuse to. And since most ascorbic acid is GMO and comes from China, I wonder if their is the exception. But I love most of the other ingredients, like that they used P5P for Vit B6 instead of the synthetic pyroxidine HCL that most other companies are so fond of, and methylated B12. Yay! It seems pricey for one month, and it seems on average that fertility supplements are priced higher than similar supplements that are not marketed for fertility. But, you ARE getting some good ingredients from a verifiable, established company, which is worth at least part of that. And if it helps you accomplish what you are using it for, even better! There are no standards for what constitutes a daily multi-vitamin supplement. There re hundreds of blends. They all have the base vitamins in common, and often, a set of essential minerals. Beyond that the quantities of the base ingredients and additional ingredients vary enormously. This blend is more extensive than average and the amount recommended is also higher than other brands. Four capsules are recommended daily. There are no standards on how much to take, beyond the "minimum daily requirements", which are generally exceeded substantially by all products. So, you can take fewer than four capsules a day, if you wish. Generally, the more ingredients are packed into a product, the more pills you will have to take to get enough dosage. That is the case here. The product is stated to be manufactured by GMP standards, in an FDA registered lab, and is 3rd party tested for purity. These are good quality assurances, without which, it would not be prudent to take it, and most likely, you would not be reading this review, because I would not get it.
