I received a used, damaged, and faulty product. I charged both batteries that were included, but the product did not work for more than one minute.

this is small chanin saw. It cuts thin branches only. It does not cut little thicker branches. It does not cut branches which has little thick wood.

Hi one of the battery didnt charge.And the second battery was working for 10 mins only.Product is ok but battery is deffective

It is totally a waste of money. If you have to buy then buy the petrol one, brother that is fine, it is useless.
