It is exactly as described. A moist salt as it holds water and a grain on the tongue washed down with some water can hydrate the cells in your body as described on the packet. Tastes good and is a nice addition to cooking too.Texture is good.Easily ground with a pestal and mortar. Contains 82 trace minerals. I love this salt. As you only need a small amount it will also last a long time.

This is my first time of trying this Celtic salt. It does taste a bit different from the other salts I have used but it is quite a pleasant taste so all is good

The quality is superb. The improvement in taste alone is worth the asking price.The health benefits are numerous. The natural minerals contained within are necessary for a healthy system.A lot better than that stuff they call 'Table salt' that has been offered for decades as salt!Standard table salt is bleached and then aluminium is added to aid free running.I know which my body prefers and it ain't the Salt that's generally available.

It was recommended to help with hydration as well as normal use. It contains about 92 minerals that are good for you.This particular brand was a good price, good quality and the taste was good too.

Was a little disappointed as wanted to grind the salt for everyday use as the coarse granules are a bit too coarse for every day use. Seems a good product and now i just take a couple granules daily!!
