Definitely not a toy for young children, lots of small pieces that easily come off. I’m an adult and got it to fidget with and cure boredom, which it does fantastic with. You will have to look up a YouTube video to learn how to transform it and such, instructions were hard to comprehend.

Larger than I was expecting, but otherwise the toy meets all other criteria: very cute, bright colors, no defects, easy to pose and swap between cube and creature form. Can’t wait to get the other color options!

The BeastBox series never disappoints. Granted they are delicate and require some patience for transformation but the quality is quite good. And most people who collect these aren't "playing with them." They might transform them once, then put them on a shelf.

My kids absolutely love and adore these. They came in great shape and haven't broken or fallen apart at all.

I quite enjoyed the challenge of this Beastbox. If you're a Transformers fan who love the guessing game of how to transform a figure, this is for you. But as stated in the title, there is a tendancy for pieces to fall off. The front legs specifically seem to be the weakest link. The joints have lots of ways to move, and an equal number of ways they can come off. Thankfully these can be reattached, and the tradeoff is quite a bit of poseability for an adorable little axolotl/cube. Prolonged use will also help you understand how to move everything without too much of a problem, but it would still be nicer if you didn't have to be super careful while trying to solve it.

Husband loved, shipped quick!

This is one of the simpler Beastbox creatures and a little smaller than the average size. It is an easy transformation without consulting the manual. It also looks great!
