I am so happy I read the reviews. Yes, the flowers came shrink wrapped. They were flat and ugly, but one of the reviews said that they had put them in the dryer with a wet towel so I soak them in a bowl of water for a few minutes rang him out and then I put a large towel out. I separated them all and wrapped up the towel and put it in the dryer for five minutes. They came out beautiful. I am very happy with these flowers, but I think if I would’ve read not read the review on how to make them fluffy I would’ve been very disappointed, but they look beautiful thank you so much For the review to help.

If you want your Leis to look full, these are not for you. Very cheap, fairly sparse. But did they work for elementary school Hawaii dress up day? Absolutley. Kids loved them. Arrived quickly.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Total unusable garbage. Came in a vacuum sealed pack and I could barely separate them once I opened the package. The “flowers” have no shape to them. Throwing them out since the turn window closed before I opened them 😬
