Very comfortable to wear in long or short ride or where ever you want.Nice level 2 protectors at elbow, sholder, and back.Very good air flow so easy and comfortable to wear in a sunny day rides.

Its not for winters
The product is Great, but if you feel cold while riding(like me) this isn't for you. While it looks bulky, it's made of a mesh like net material for air circulation. You will need to wear a sweater under this in winters
