NOT for a tall people!
First time I bought a reformer and was surprised that quality is quite good for the price . Of course itâs not a studio Pilates reformer for $300, but performs well. This one is very sturdy. I had no problems with the foot bar staying in place. Itâs pretty quiet. The tension springs are quite noisy , so Iâm using only the rubber ones. Itâs enough resistance for me. I would absolutely recommend this machine as a beginner reformer. Love to do stretches on it too. The only thing I want to warn about -somebody noticed it in the reviews too- ITâS NOT FOR A TALL PEOPLE! I am 5â 7â and barely fitting into it. If youâre taller, I would not recommend it. When I lay down on it ,foot on a foot bar, my knees are seriously bent. Of course, cardio jumping laying down out of the questions-not enough length. It doesnât come with the board for it anyway. I thought maybe I can order it separately, but as I mentioned, will not work with this reformer . So if youâre shopping for a reformer, pay attention to the measurements.

Good pilates machine for small people
I really enjoyed my workouts in this pilates reformer, overall this is great value and I would 100% recommend if you don't want to go to a studio. One important consideration is that this is for small people, I am 5'4 and I have to adjust myself in the small platform to give space to some movements. An example would be, I can't plank positioning my feet at the top of the platform, I have to move them to the middle to give my legs room for the whole stretch. When putting the feet on strap, I can barely get them all the way out, if I was just 1' taller I wouldn't be able to do it, maybe there's a way to make them longer, but regardless, the machine is not for anyone taller than me. I don't know what are the heavy, light or medium springs, they are either all the same or not marked. The foot bar is not easily adjustable, I can't move it up or down during a workout. All that said, this is incredible value for a pilates reformer, I am able to complete my workouts, it's smooth and is not an eye sore. It was so easy to put together! They seem to have excellent customer service, they even sent me an email to follow up about my reformer.

Awesome Pilates reformer for at home use
The reformer is sturdy and works well. The pulleys are smooth when gliding on the machine. It was pretty easy to put together. The main part is just about fully assembled with a few parts requiring your attention. It folds up nicely after use.

Solid, sturdy and easy to navigate reformer!
I was skeptical on purchasing a reformer but decided to make this INVESTMENT IN MY HEALTH! Ps, I DO NOT REGRET IT đ My reality: I was wasting money monthly, not going to my gym regularly. I wasnât motivated & I was feeling self conscious. The Pilates classes are expensive & canât afford them. I have chronic health conditions, big one being RA. I did research: watched many videos, checked out books at the library & discussed with my PC Doc before committing to this reformer. â˘It is easy to assemble and adjust. â˘It does fold in half upright so you can store it out of the way. â˘Itâs solid and sturdy construction so I feel confident and safe doing my Pilates. â˘There are extension parts if youâre needing to increase the length. (Havenât tried yet because Iâm 5â2â and fit on it perfect! I could see it being a little more challenging for longer legs tho) â˘Adjusting the ropes for pulley system, adjusting end bar for different exercises and Increasing/decreasing resistance is incredibly easy. Overall, I feel this reformer is a perfect fit for beginners & the seasoned. This was my first rodeo with Pilates in general and I canât believe I waited so long to fall in love with it!

Learning curve for set up and storage!!! Not for princesses!!!
Love this machine, but have a hate relationship with the pins required to close up and open up the machine for storage. The pins are cheap and break my nails bc they require some maneuvering to stick it through the bars. Overall I plan to update this review in a month after I play with it some more. My husband said for modularity I have to set my expectations straight: for 6 pins that need to go in and come out but its weight makes it awkward too. I hope I learn to use it better!

No Excuses Not to Work Out!
I researched this Pilates reformer well before I purchased it. I searched reviews regarding the quality of the reformer. This one "fit" the bill. I carefully watched videos from other reviews searching for the height and weight of the reviewer. I wanted something to fit a specific space. One where I could assemble, fold it, store it alone and, not need help because it was too heavy. Something constructed with study material. Functionality was of paramount importance as well. I wanted a smooth gliding reformer with quality pulleys and straps. A quality carriage with comfortable shoulder blocks. I wanted a sturdy frame and strong footbar as well as strong springs. Additionally, I wanted a reformer that I could ship back home easily or sell locally and have no issues with the buyer moving the reformer. I found all of that with this reformer. There are a couple of things that might be a negative but not necessarily. It does not have an attached headboard. It comes with a head support that is not part of the reformer but it works well. It is a little hard, but can be cushioned for comfort. Additionally, this reformer is a little smaller so if you want a studio-size reformer, this is a touch shorter than that. I am 5'5" and works well for me. If you are shorter or taller, then you can move the foot bar up or down to fit you. Overall, I am very happy with this reformer as it works well and I can do Pilates 24/7 since there are no Pilates studios around the area where I am temporarily working. It also looks like a nice piece of equipment, so if you want to keep it set up, then it is NOT an eyesore.

Great for home gym
Well made, easy to assemble and use. It's a little noisier than I'd like and not as long/wide but great for the price and does the job. I'm short, only 5'1" so taller people might not find it as such.
