You must buy the dremel ez lock mandrel to hold this wheel . Available in my store

yes the it will work with dermal 4000, you also need the ez402 mandrel

It was designed for the EZ Lock spindle. You might be clever and rig it up to use on the screw-on, but it works best for the EZ Lock.
