This is easier than waiting for a kettle to boil, but the water doesn't get as hot as a kettle, which means you have to drink your hot drink quickly before it gets cold.You have to but the water bottle for it separately which wasn't specified in the product info. The instructions are written in Chinese, so I had to Google them, but for the price it's ample for getting instant hot water or cooled water.

very nice machine
Nice machine, but it only has the inner tank in stainless steel, maybe for the cheap price, the whole machine is mostly made of plastic.
