These fab they helped quite pricey but good ones on market you could always just cut out sugar and do a carnivore diet? It helps the same amount as taking these pills but do what you want to do . It is really useful and effective. Normal pill size and easy to take.

Apparently, there is always something better out there and maybe this item is a gimmick or maybe it works when used properly. I'm just putting that there as a warning that a one month supply is not appropriate enough time to reliably review a vitamin when these things take at least 2-3 months period to show any differential signs. With that being said the biotic blend is a water soluble and will start working within 2-3 days but will vary between person to person. Review: Initially, I got this due to having a greenish-yellow colouration to my mucous (YK what I mean but censorship probs won't allow it) but I have no signs of infection - STI/UTI - and have been experiencing this for at least a decade. Additionally, my period was late as in 34 days which is highly irregular for my cycle which got me worried in the first place and why I bought this item. I also don't take any medicine for my menstruation, never have. Side note: I'm not an active person - homebody and work part-time. I eat between 2-3 meals a day and I'm not s*xually active. I don't use body gel/lotion/or any chemicals down there as I believe it messes with your pH and natural cleaning factors and I daily wear new underwear and use liners when appropriate. This is just to show how environment might disrupt end results. It arrived the next day, packaged well and pristine. I consistently took the per capsule a-day recommendation before bed (so I didn't forget) and was taking this during my cycle that has just been. In the first few days I noticed an acidic smell which is normal but to me I never had it smelling like that before and then the smell left as I also noticed a reduction in the colouration and frequency of the mucous. Other than that, everything seemed normal. Despite the subtle signs of change, I have bought 2 more boxes because I do think that they are working but like I said in the beginning these things take time to show any real differences that YOU notice. The capsules are easy to swallow but I recommend gulping quickly as a taste in your mouth (mushroomy? Idk) begins to leak out - Idk if this affects it. Anyway, they don't upset my stomach nor leave me feeling nauseous. I will say that there is no sheet of information packaged within the box like you'd find in over the counter medicine as majority of the useful information is labelled on the box. I might come back for an edit in a couple of months for an update but for now this is it, make what you will of my review and I apologise for the TMI but I believe I'm amongst friends here that will appreciate the honesty. EDIT: Four months later! I unintentionally stopped using this and I coincidentally was having urinary issues during the weeks leading up to my period. Fortunately, everything is fine but I haven't since had any problems after having stopped taking these. I don't know if it was a placebo effect but discharge colouration according to my medical record is in the all clear and normal to me. I have had two periods since my initial problem began and have not noticed anything different. I think these are just one of those things that mildly make things better.

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me at all. I took probiotics for about 5 weeks, but I did not feel any positive effect on my intestines - digestion remained the same, and sometimes I even felt even greater discomfort. Although the manufacturer boasts a composition of 16 different strains, the results do not reflect this. In addition, the capsules have an unpleasant smell, probably due to ginger or fennel, which I personally found disgusting. Given the price and lack of effectiveness, I would definitely not buy it again.
