Great source of protein. Low in mercury. I eat it on toast or Swedish bread with a touch of djon mustard. Very healthy and a quick meal.

My husband loved them
I was looking for a Christmas gift that would be different from the usual. I saw these and remembering his love of litttle fishes I bought a couple of them for his snacking pleasure. Boy were they a hit. Will likely buy them on the regular now.

Love the taste
So I like the product (when I got it at the groceries)... but I cannot say how it is when purchasing through amazon which is why I am giving it 3 stars. The product itself I will say its 5 star but I ordered this via Amazon and it got lost so I never received it.
